These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases, and transactions made through Art Manu (Manuchekhra Olsson), including art courses and artwork sales.

A. COURSE BOOKINGS

2. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable registration fee of 1 500 SEK is payable at the time of booking.
The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid no later than 60 days before the course start date.

If full payment is not received by this date, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund of the registration fee.

3. Cancellation by the Participant and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your participation, the following applies:

• More than 60 days before the course start: All amounts paid, except the 1 500 SEK registration fee, will be refunded.

• Between 60 and 30 days before the course start: 50% of the total course fee, except the 1 500 SEK registration fee, will be refunded.

• Less than 30 days before the course start: No refund will be made.

The registration fee will only be refunded if the course is cancelled by the Organizer.
In case of illness or other valid reasons, participants may, at the Organizer’s discretion, be offered a discount toward a future course.

4. Cancellation or Changes by the Organizer

The Organizer reserves the right to:

• Cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Replace the instructor or change the date, venue, or schedule if necessary.

If the course is cancelled by the Organizer, participants will receive a full refund of all paid fees, including the 1 500 SEK registration fee, or may choose to transfer their booking to another course.

5. Transfer of Booking

Participants may transfer their booking to another person up to 7 days before the course start date, provided that the Organizer is informed in writing and approves the transfer.

6. Right of Withdrawal for Course Bookings

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), private consumers have the right to withdraw from an online booking within 14 days from the date of booking.

This right does not apply if:

• The course starts within the 14-day withdrawal period and the participant has agreed that the service begins before the period expires, or
  

• The course has already taken place.

B. PRODUCT SALES (ARTWORKS)

7. Product Information

All artworks sold by Art Manu are original watercolor paintings or limited-edition prints created by Manuchekhra Olsson. Each product description includes size, medium, paper type, and whether the artwork is framed or unframed. Minor color variations may occur between product photos and the actual artwork due to differences in lighting or screen display.

8. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase and can be made via [insert payment methods].

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days after payment has been received, unless otherwise stated. Domestic and international delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier. The Organizer is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an item is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the buyer may be charged for reshipping.

10. Returns and Refunds (Artwork Purchases)

Private consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen).

To exercise this right:

• Notify the Organizer by email at hello@artmanu.se within 14 days.
  

• The artwork must be returned unused and in its original condition and packaging.
  

• Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
  

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
No refunds are made for damaged or altered artworks. Custom-made or personalized artworks are non-refundable.

11. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a package arrives damaged, please contact hello@artmanu.se within 48 hours of receipt and include photos of the damage. The Organizer will assist with a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

C. GENERAL TERMS

12. Copyright and Use of Materials

All course materials, images, and artworks created or sold by Art Manu are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from the Organizer.

13. Liability

Participation in courses and purchase of artworks is at the participant’s or buyer’s own risk. The Organizer is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

14. Personal Data (GDPR)

Personal data provided during booking or purchase will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Organizer will only use the information for order administration, communication, and, where applicable, for sending information about future courses or artworks. 15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled by a Swedish court, with Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the first instance.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking or purchase on the website, the participant or buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
