Workshops

When booking a workshop, a registration fee of SEK 1,500 is paid. The registration fee is only refunded if the workshop is cancelled by Art Manu.

Workshops take place on specific dates and are normally not covered by the statutory right of withdrawal. In case of cancellation, our cancellation terms apply. Contact hello@artmanu.se if you have any questions.

Artist demos

When booking an artist demo, the full price for the demo spot is paid immediately. The demo spot is binding and is not refunded if the participant cancels, as the artist demo has a limited number of spots and takes place on a specific date.

If Art Manu cancels, the demo spot will be refunded or transferred to another date if a spot is available. Contact hello@artmanu.se if you have any questions.

Artworks and physical products

Private consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the product is received. The product must be returned in unchanged condition, and return shipping is paid by the buyer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially commissioned or personalized artworks.
