Workshop details
The first day of the workshop begins with a couple of hours demo. Anna is going to paint one of her motives and demonstrate her unique technique for a broader audience. During “The friendly talk”, you have an opportunity to ask the artist questions. Light snacks will be served.
After a break, participants who bought tickets for the two-day workshop will stay for preparations for the upcoming workshop.
Participants during the two-day workshop will learn how to paint figures in costumes, ballerinas, and animals.
The skills that she is going to share:
- The principles of the wet-on-wet watercolor technique
- How to choose the materials for this technique and why they are so essential
- A few words about the colors and mixes
- How to create alive color tones
- The most important things about anatomy and the special anatomy of the ballet dancer
- A few tips about color and tone, and how to use them to show the difference in texture.
No prior knowledge of being able to draw is required.
During the course, you will receive individual support from Anna, based on your own level. Theory combines with practice.

The Location
The address of the premises is Granängsringen 60 in Tyresö.
The premises are located opposite the bus stop for bus 802, which runs from Gullmarsplan.
Food & Coffee
I will invite you to a daily coffee (two occasions). The timings of these occasions will be discussed with the guest artist.
You buy lunch yourself. Near the premises is a pizzeria and supermarket Hemköp. It is also possible to eat your own food in the room. There is also a refrigerator and a microwave to heat the food.
It is possible to eat dinner in the Tyresö center and in other places within walking distance of both our local and the center.
